FACILITY
You can entrust the management to us and you will have an entire dedicated team: our technicians will take care of the management of the plant or the production line and its maintenance, they will monitor the performance and will be able to constantly provide you with an activity report.
With 'facility' we offer you four different and complementary solutions : you can choose to have a complete service, with maintenance and our MMS activity scheduler, or opt only for performante management and control.
CONDUCTION
We take responsibility for the management of process lines or plants for your company. Our technicians intervene quickly in case of breakdowns and take care of maintenance to deal with and solve the problems as quickly as possible.
PREVENTIVE, PREDICTIVE AND SCHEDULE MAINTENANCE
We take care of the maintenance of the plants to reduce the possibility of breakdowns, avoiding production downtime and verifying that everything works in compliance with the regulations. We also offer predictive maintenance: defined checks on the performance history of the machine, which "anticipate" a possible malfunction.
REPORTING AND REGISTRATION OF INTERVENTIONS
With the MMS software we record everything that happens, from breakdowns to interventions carried out, up to the name of the person who intervenes. MMS keeps track of every operation like a real "logbook", which you can easily consult online.
PERFORMANCE CONTROL
We define the kpi with you and we monitor them to have constantly updated performance. Our contact person is always ready to provide you with all the information you want on the production progress.
